Self-cooling paint
Self-induced cooling paint is a new type of zero-energy consumption cooling material with broad application prospects and huge application potential. Self-induced cooling paint is composed of high-performance resin cooling materials, pigments and fillers, etc. The coating efficiently transfers heat to the external space through its high infrared emissivity in the atmospheric transmission window band (8μm-13μm), while minimizing heat absorption by utilizing its high reflectivity of solar radiation energy. The whole process achieves rapid cooling without any energy consumption, truly realizing zero-energy consumption cooling!

Widely used in the fields of electricity, communications, warehousing, steel structure plants, special transport vehicles with temperature requirements, etc., suitable for substrates such as stainless steel, carbon steel, color steel, galvanized sheet, fiberglass, and plastics.

Product Introduction
Self-induced cooling paint is a new zero-energy consumption cooling material with broad application prospects and huge application potential. Self-induced cooling paint is composed of high-performance resin cooling materials, pigments and fillers, etc. The coating continuously and efficiently transfers heat to the external space through the high infrared emissivity of the atmospheric transmission window band (8μm-13μm), while minimizing heat absorption by utilizing its high reflectivity of solar radiation energy. The whole process achieves rapid cooling without any energy consumption, truly realizing zero-energy consumption cooling!
Performance and Features
▲ Ultra-strong cooling: 15-40℃ reduction in surface temperature, 7-10℃ reduction in facility interior temperature.
▲ Self-induced cooling paint is a water-based, green, and pollution-free coating with low odor and low VOC content;
▲ The coating is smooth and beautiful, has strong anti-fouling ability, strong weather resistance, and uniform and full color;
▲ It can be applied by rolling, spraying, and brushing, and is not affected by the complex shape of the application facilities. It has a short cycle and high efficiency.

Note: The construction method of self-induced cooling paint is the same as that of ordinary paint, but due to the high reflectivity of the coating to sunlight, the heat absorption of the coating is reduced, the water evaporation is slow, and the drying time of the coating is slower than that of ordinary paint. Sufficient attention should be paid to recoating. The recoating time between the primer and the intermediate coat should be more than 2 hours, and the recoating time between the intermediate coat and the topcoat should be more than 12 hours.
